Due to the fact the Northwest Church of Christ is a new congregation and relatively small in size we have limited funds available for missions.

World Bible School (WBS) is a program that we can be involved in even though we have limited resources.

WBS is a method of teaching the gospel of Christ through the use of correspondence courses. This tool of evangelism has proved to be very effective in many nations of the world.

Through WBS Northwest Church of Christ will be able to contact prospective Christians, teach them the basics of Christianity, and help them, to either become attached to a local church or where non exists, establish a local church.

A great deal has been accomplished over the years through this simple but highly effective program. WBS also publishes a monthly newspaper, ACTION, which is mailed out to WBS teachers and other Christians interested in world evangelism. This paper keeps everyone informed about the progress that is being made in various countries.
